Inside Sales Representative
McAllen, TX
M-F 8am-5pm
$13-16/hour
Express Employment is seeking an organized, confident and experienced Inside Sales Representative to work for a locally owned water supply store. Entry level applicants with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience can be trained.
Essential Functions:
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or text messages
- Sorting, deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Provide general information to staff clients or the public
- Type and format or edit routine memos or other reports
- Copy, file, update paper and electronic documents
- Prepare and process bills and other office documents
- Collect information and perform data entry Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory
- High level of comfort using computer systems within a sales environment
- High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed
- Desire to help others
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Creative, outgoing, and energetic
Skills:
- Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
Requirements:
- Must have at least (1-2) years experience in Inside/Outside Sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual
Pay: $13.00/Hr
Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm
