Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sanitation Technician for a company in Van Alstyne, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure plant operations meet mandatory sanitation requirements for machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines to support food safety, food quality, and customer specifications.

Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies, OSHA regulations, applicable laws, and all CIP processes.

Monitor and assist with sanitation across the facility, including production areas, warehouses, receiving, maintenance areas, general grounds, and rooftops.

Complete all required paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.

Maintain proper care and upkeep of company-owned cleaning tools and sanitation equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Working knowledge of sanitation practices in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Understanding of GMP and HACCP principles strongly preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.

Physical ability to perform sanitation tasks, including working in rooftop and facility-wide areas as required.
