Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Schedule: 1st, 2nd & Midnight Shifts Available
Pay: $15-$20 – Night Shift earns the highest differential!

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to operate and maintain blow mold machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re mechanically inclined and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate multiple blow mold machines
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and maintain machines to minimize downtime
- Communicate production updates and issues with team members
- Ensure all processes meet safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Prior machine operator experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Commitment to safety and following all policies
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Continuous monitoring of machines and production processes
