We are currently seeking applicants for a Flow Coat 1st Shift position for a company in Grand Saline, TX. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Job Responsibilities:
- Properly handle material to prevent defects
- Complete full visual inspection of sheet prior to coating
- Work closely with lead to perform basic troubleshooting
- Apply quality procedures
- Consistently adhere to production standards while delivering high-quality products
- Repeatedly lift 4x8 plastic sheets overhead.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist team members with completing all other project and job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to comfortably reach 6ft high
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift at least 50-75 lbs
- Ability to reach, grasp, stand, push, and bend continuously
- Ability to read a tape measurer
- Basic math skills required
