Job Full Description
A growing company in Tyler is looking for a Property Manager and a Leasing Agent to join their team. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services.
Essential Duties:
- Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
- Stand up, greet, qualify, and "close" prospects
- Verify application and process paperwork
- Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining vital customer service
- Assist the manager and assistant manager as needed
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of apartment industry experience is a preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sales and leasing skills
- Experience with Yardi is preferred
