Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator for our client in Tyler, TX. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate laminator machine efficiently and safely
- Inspect materials for flaws and defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Wear steel-toe shoes for safety compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and understand English fluently
- Must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- No criminal background; candidates must pass a 7-year county criminal search (felony/misdemeanor)
- SSN verification is required
- Previous employment verification and one reference check, both of which can be completed by the staffing office, including the necessary documentation and dates
Will be trained for 1 week during the day, but once done with training it will be an overnight shift!
