Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Tradesman Plumber in the Tyler, Tx area!!-
Pay: $20-$30/hr DOE
Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools
- Assemble and install valves, fittings, and pipes composed of different materials (e.g., copper, PVC, steel)
- Test plumbing systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Valid journeyperson plumber license/certification
- Proven experience as a Tradesman plumber
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
- - Skilled in carpentry work related to plumbing installations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
