Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a General Laborer - Production position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities

Assist in guiding metal panels from the machine, working with another associate to align and stack finished products.

Operate and monitor machines, guiding metal through forming equipment on a solo production line (caution: some edges may be sharp).

Perform general labor duties such as lifting, stacking, and quality checking materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.

Remain on your feet in a designated area throughout the shift.

Adapt to seasonal working conditions—hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
Requirements:

Dependable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Ability to safely handle sharp or heavy materials (assisted heavy lifting required).
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with temperature changes.

Any machine operation experience is helpful.

Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

Willingness to grow and advance within the company.
