Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer - Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities

Sort and inspect pallets for damage or usability
-
Identify, unpack, and repackage damaged product for quality and resale

Inspect products for visible defects or damage
-
Operate a stand-up forklift to move pallets and materials safely
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
Requirements:
-
Experience operating a stand-up forklift (certification required)
-
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Prior experience in general labor, production, or warehouse work
-
Ability to recognize damaged goods and perform light rework/repackaging
-
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina are a must
