Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Forklift Operator to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials

Follow all safety procedures and plant regulations

Perform basic equipment checks and report issues

Assist with general labor tasks as needed
-
Lift and move materials weighing 50–85 lbs repetitively
-
Work 12-hour shifts standing and moving throughout the plant

Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
-
1+ year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
-
Basic math and mechanical skills
-
Proven safety awareness and good judgment under pressure
-
Must be physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting and standing for long hours

Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
