Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer - Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Responsibilities:
Racking & Preparation:

Manually or mechanically place screws into racks
-
Perform separating and gluing tasks as needed
-
Dump materials into designated equipment
-
Assist with basic assembly and packing tasks
Quality Control:
-
Conduct routine spot checks throughout the day
-
Record and maintain logs of items that fall out of tolerance
-
Follow all quality guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Production Support:
-
Work from verbal and written instructions to complete tasks correctly

Maintain productivity standards and contribute to team goals

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work accurately and consistently

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability

Previous production or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
