Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a local company in Tyler, TX!
We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor multiple loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

Communicate daily with drivers, carriers, and clients regarding load status
-
Manage a high call volume (up to 100 calls per day) while maintaining professionalism

Track shipments, anticipate delays, and proactively resolve issues
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loads
-
Provide excellent customer service to clients and transportation partners
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination required

Dispatching experience preferred

Strong understanding of logistics processes and load tracking
-
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient with computer systems and tracking software
