Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Confidential Counter Sales position for a Tyler-area distribution company!
This is a confidential search with a well-established company in the distribution industry. We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:

Assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and timely manner

Process orders accurately using computer and POS systems

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Provide product information, pricing, and availability
-
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy

Maintain organized records, invoices, and documentation
-
Support day-to-day office and sales operations as needed
We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Prior counter sales, customer service, or inside sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills (data entry, order processing, email)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
