Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Baker/Baker’s assistant to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities

Production baking according to a daily, exact production schedule
-
Measuring ingredients precisely and dumping ingredients into mixing vats
-
Lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for the entire shift
-
Heavy multitasking in a fast-paced environment
-
Washing pots, pans, and maintaining all baking tools and equipment
-
Using and maintaining mixers, ovens, utensils, and prep tables
-
Keeping immediate work area clean at all times (prep before, clean during, clean after)
-
Cross-training in additional kitchen areas as needed
-
Following all instructions and safety standards
-
Interacting appropriately with customers when required
