Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team by following up on past leads and supporting ongoing sales efforts. This role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and identifying potential opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact past leads to gauge interest in previously submitted bids or proposals.

Engage prospects in professional, friendly conversations to assess needs and timelines.

Identify and qualify warm leads, sharing relevant details with the sales team.

Coordinate closely with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM or internal tracking system.

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or outbound calling preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a variety of contacts.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
