Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000 base salary + commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives for an established company that has served the East Texas area for over 15 years. This role focuses on building connections, identifying opportunities, and supporting long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach and networking efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualify leads and coordinate closely with internal teams to move opportunities forward.

Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.

Represent the company professionally within the local business community.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Familiarity with the Tyler or East Texas business community is a plus.
