Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator - Injection Molding to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities

Prepare items for processing by performing receipt inspection and ensuring materials meet quality standards

Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications
-
Ensure assigned equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
-
Perform all duties associated with Production Worker II and III roles
-
Apply paint to raw materials as required

Clean paint residue and maintain applicators and related equipment
-
Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
-
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
-
Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift and transition to 3rd shift
