Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Front Desk position for a Tyler-area medical office!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Check patients in and out while providing friendly front desk support

• Verify insurance, run eligibility and benefits, and update patient information

• Answer phones and schedule or reschedule appointments (including outbound reschedule calls)

• Greet patients and assist with light office support as needed

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous medical front desk or insurance verification experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with good computer skills

• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
