Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Development Director position for a Tyler-area organization!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:

Identify and build relationships with key business leaders and community partners

Educate donors and partners on how community foundations work

Support cultivation, stewardship, and growth of donor relationships

Perform other duties as assigned
We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Experience in development, fundraising, financial services, or relationship management preferred

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Knowledge of charitable giving vehicles (DAFs, planned giving, estate planning) a plus

Self-motivated, professional, and community-minded

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
