Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Dispatcher position for a Tyler company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:

Coordinate and dispatch personnel to service calls in a timely and efficient manner

Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations

Prioritize multiple requests and make quick, effective decisions under pressure

Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses
