Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Collections Specialist (Temp) position for a Tyler company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate billing functions in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations
- Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts and collections
- Communicate with clients regarding billing questions and payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Assist the Billing Manager with daily operations and reporting
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous experience in billing, collections, or accounting
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Pay Range: Based on experience
- Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
