Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative position for an East Texas company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Greet and help walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Gather and accurately record customer information
- Provide basic product or service information
- Support general front office and sales activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with both phone and in-person interactions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
