Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers in person and over the phone
- Accurately take and process repair orders
- Sell merchandise and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Troubleshoot and help solve customer issues efficiently
- Assist with general inside sales duties and customer follow-up
- Maintain organized records and a clean workspace
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or comfort with upselling products/services
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or service environments is a plus
