Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer - Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities

Provide general shop support to production staff as needed.

Move, stage, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout the facility.

Prepare materials and work areas for production activities.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces.

Assist with inventory organization and material storage.
-
Support multiple departments and production areas based on daily operational requirements.

Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Observe and follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Report equipment, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors promptly.

Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or shop environment is helpful but not required.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Physical Requirements

Requires standing, walking, bending, and general physical activity throughout the shift.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.

Ability to perform repetitive movements and manual labor tasks.

Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
