Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Labor to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Job Duties:

Assist with installing residential and commercial fencing
-
Dig holes using shovels and post-hole diggers
-
Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, levels, and other construction tools
-
Load, unload, and transport materials
-
Mix and pour concrete as needed
-
Clean and maintain job sites
-
Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
Requirements:
-
Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods
-
Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting, bending, digging, and carrying materials

Steel-toe or work boots required
-
Reliable transportation preferred
-
Construction or fence installation experience is a plus but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 50+ pounds regularly
-
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and dig throughout the workday

Work in hot, cold, and varying weather conditions
