Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Assembly to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Job Responsibilities

Prepare and set up workstations according to product plans and production schedules.

Read and follow basic diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions.

Assemble components accurately into finished products while meeting quality standards.

Ensure sufficient raw materials are available to maintain production flow.
-
Measure, align, and position materials and components as required.
-
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain production output goals.

Assist with continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on work instructions and processes.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent injury and maintain a safe work environment.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Return tools and equipment to designated locations after use.

Inspect and clean equipment regularly and notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing setting.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, and assembling materials.

Visual acuity to read instructions, inspect parts, and safely operate equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
