Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping/Receiving to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.

Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.

Create and process shipments using UPS shipping software.

Read, understand, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs).
-
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
-
Box, label, and move parts throughout the warehouse.
-
Use counting scales to accurately count inventory and parts.
-
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
-
Verify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
-
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
-
Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
Required
-
Previous Shipping & Receiving experience.

Experience using UPS shipping software.

Experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Sit-down forklift experience.
-
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
-
Excellent reading, spelling, and written communication skills.
-
Ability to count accurately using a counting scale.
-
Strong understanding of inventory and shipping documentation.
-
Good command of the English language.
-
Stable work history with reliable attendance.

Honest, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic.
