Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Outside Sales Representative position for an East Texas company! We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is never a fee to use our services!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales calls and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage a sales pipeline and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Familiarity with the East Texas market is a plus
