Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Machine Operator position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:
- Inspect and prepare parts for processing
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operating issues
- Report equipment or production concerns to supervisors
- Ensure materials and supplies are used efficiently to minimize waste
- Clean machines after operation and dispose of scrap materials properly
- Inspect incoming products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain assigned equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to follow production procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic machine issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
