Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with current business members and inform them of available programs and services
- Identify opportunities to help businesses maximize the value of their accreditation and membership
- Contact members regarding past-due subscriptions and payment issues
- Process payments and follow up on payment failures
- Improve member retention by maintaining regular communication and engagement
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Empathetic approach with a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Previous collections, account management, or customer retention experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
