Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Investment Liaison to join a local company in Tyler, TX!
We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the Advisors

Manage client intake, gather required documentation, and ensure accurate onboarding

Facilitate the seamless flow of information between clients, advisors, and internal teams

Provide high-quality client service, addressing questions, scheduling meetings, and offering ongoing support

Assist Advisors with the execution of investment strategies by preparing client files, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups

Maintain strict confidentiality with financial and personal information

Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, professionalism, and a high level of organization

Support the team with administrative and client-service needs to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and client-focused

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial information

Prior administrative, financial, or client-service experience is preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with office software, documentation, and scheduling tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism
