Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Journeyman Electrician position for a Tyler, TX area company! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. While we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during service calls.

Install, repair, and maintain wiring, electrical panels, circuits, lighting, and other electrical systems.

Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.

Communicate professionally with customers while providing quality service.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Follow electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Work independently or alongside other electricians to complete projects efficiently.
We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Journeyman Electrician license preferred; candidates with electrical experience who are eager to learn and advance their skills may be considered.

Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work.

Strong electrical troubleshooting and service call experience.

Active driver's license.

Ability to pass a drug test and applicable background screening.

Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service.

Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers.
