Weatherford Apartment complex is looking for a Maintenance Tech
This client is looking for someone who is going to show up everyday and work hard.
M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
$19.00 an hour (raise once rolled over)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with a valid HVAC certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance, with a focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as general facility upkeep and repairs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.

Valid HVAC certification (EPA 608 or equivalent).

2+ years of experience in general maintenance and HVAC repair.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices.

Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and work orders.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in building systems.

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
