Now Hiring: Welder/Fitter
Location: Weatherford, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (DOE)
We are currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components in accordance with blueprints and technical specifications. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures

Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques to assemble metal structures

Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, grind, and prep metal

Verify the quality and accuracy of completed welds

Ensure all work meets safety standards and welding codes
-
Work independently or collaboratively to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
2–3 years of welding/fitting experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
-
Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th

Proficient in using a speed square

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
