Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced MIG Welder to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll use Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding to fabricate and assemble metal components based on blueprints and technical drawings. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing or production setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Perform MIG welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead).

Inspect welds for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.

Maintain and perform basic repairs on welding tools and equipment.

Follow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

2+ years of MIG welding experience required.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and manufacturing best practices.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet all day.

Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
