Job Title: Receiving Department Lumper
Location: Weatherford, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Start Date: Monday, 07/07/2025
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Receiving Department as a Lumper. This is a fast-paced position that involves unloading and breaking down incoming trucks, sorting and pairing items, labeling products, and assisting with material movement throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:

Unload and break down incoming shipments

Pair and organize items accurately

Label products as required
-
Learn and operate an electric pallet jack to transport items

Assist other warehouse departments as needed during the last 1–2 hours of the shift

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and company policies
-
Communicate effectively with receiving and warehouse teams
Requirements:

Punctual and consistent attendance
-
Willingness to learn and grow into a receiver role
-
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
-
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Positive attitude and good communication skills
-
No experience required, but warehouse knowledge is a plus

Must be able to work without phones, headphones, or food/drinks during active work hours (two paid 15-minute breaks provided daily)
Growth Opportunity:
The right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, quick learning ability, and product knowledge may be trained to become a Receiver and eventually learn the warehouse scanning system.
Additional Notes:
This is an addition to our current team of receivers and lumpers, so teamwork and communication are essential.
