Job Title: Order Puller / Warehouse Associate – $15/HR
Location: Weatherford, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, Noon until finish (Schedule is NOT negotiable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Order Pullers/Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Weatherford, TX. This is a physical, repetitive role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for long periods.
Key Responsibilities:

Pull and prepare orders for shipment based on packing/picking lists.

Load, unload, move, and store items (up to 50 lbs.) per routing documents or instructions.

Use barcode scanners and labeling equipment for inventory tracking.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified).

Perform quality checks on outgoing and received items.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.

Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions as required.
Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently.

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and stretching for extended periods.

Flexibility to work until the job is complete (no fixed end time).

Must be comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Prior warehouse, order pulling, or general labor experience is required
