Job Title: Yard Hand – Equipment Rental Yard
Location: Aledo, Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Pay Rate: $17.00
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Yard Hand to support daily operations at our equipment rental yard. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained. The Yard Hand will be responsible for general yard work, assisting with equipment handling, and keeping the facility neat, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular yard maintenance including mowing, weed-eating, and trash pickup

Keep outdoor areas clean, organized, and free of debris

Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed

Move and stage equipment around the yard safely

Support rental staff with general tasks and light labor

Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards
Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Experience with basic lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Reliable, hardworking, and willing to follow directions
