Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders for pipe, valves, and fittings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.

Collaborate with outside sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating and managing price lists, tracking sales data, and preparing reports.

Use Microsoft Word to draft proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.

Maintain a deep understanding of PVF products, specifications, and industry standards.

Follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in inside sales within the oil and gas or PVF industry preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
