Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Shop Helper to support daily shop operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment. This is a highly physical labor position that requires lifting, bending, and standing throughout the workday. Candidates with experience in welding support, metal fabrication, cutting torch operation, and industrial shop environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general shop helper and labor duties.
- Assist with fabrication and welding-related operations.
- Use grinders and other shop tools as required.
- Operate a cutting torch.
- Support shop production and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the entire shift.
- Experience using a cutting torch (required).
- Knowledge of welding processes (preferred)
- Forklift Experience (preferred)
