Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $18–$19/hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Parts Department Associate to join our team. This role is essential to the success of our operations, ensuring that parts are accurately received, stored, and distributed for current builds. If you have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and forklift operation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to unload, move, and store parts
- Organize and stock parts in designated inventory locations
- Sign out parts to internal team members for active builds
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role
- Forklift certified or experienced in operating a sit-down forklift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Teachable and willing to follow established procedures
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
