We’re looking for a Recruiting & Staffing Specialist to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading employment and staffing agencies in North America.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into client job orders

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates
-
Conduct outbound calls to promote most placeable candidates (MPCs)
-
Visit client sites and conduct facility tours to understand job requirements
-
Track candidate progress and maintain structured workflows in our ATS
-
Provide administrative support and supervision for up to 150 associates
-
Deliver timely follow-up and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction
-
Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal systems for data entry and reporting
What You Bring (Qualifications):
-
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Typing: 45–49 WPM | Numeric Data Entry: 10,000–12,999 KPH

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or sales is a plus (but not required)

Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills

Ability to adapt quickly, stay focused, and manage shifting priorities

Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
