Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. As the face of our business, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support online order packing and fulfillment as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule
- Monday -Friday 8:00-5:30
- Must be available to work some Saturdays
