We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Accounting Support professional to join our team. This role combines customer service, accounts receivable/payable assistance, inventory coordination, and general office administration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls while delivering professional, friendly customer service
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as needed
- Schedule gas deliveries and coordinate customer service requests
- Assist with inventory management, including:
- Tracking inventory usage and adjustments
- Assisting with inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Communicating inventory needs with management and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and filing processes
- Assist with fuel purchases, vendor payables, and related documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support to daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; some college or a degree preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of RCC software is a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Solid computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Professional communication skills and positive, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- On-site in Aledo, TX
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Occasional overtime during peak winter demand
