Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Accounting Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who also enjoys administrative work, accounting support, and helping keep office operations running smoothly. This role combines customer service, accounts receivable/payable assistance, inventory coordination, and general office administration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and coordinate workflow activities
- Perform daily reconciliation of propane, card locks, inventory, meters, fuel storage, and related records
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Keep track of drivers and technicians, including daily loads and activity
- Prepare, process, and verify customer invoices
- Maintain organized billing and documentation records
- Assist the accounting team with payment tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Scan bills and maintain organized office records
- Answer phones and direct calls
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; some college or a degree preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of RCC software is a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Solid computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Professional communication skills and positive, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
