Outside Sales Representative – B2B Field Sales (Local Territories)
Location: Parker, Palo Pinto, and Wise Counties
Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our territory in Parker, Palo Pinto, and Wise counties. This role is perfect for someone who excels in field sales, cold calling, networking, and strategic account development—and who wants to make a measurable impact by connecting local businesses with the workforce solutions they rely on.
What You’ll Do
- Identify new prospects and convert them into clients through strategic B2B outreach
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to uncover additional staffing needs
- Conduct daily phone calls and face-to-face sales meetings with prospects and clients
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan, including forecasting by client and service category
- Educate prospects and clients on the value of Express’s staffing and workforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate opportunities, challenges, and performance updates
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to support excellent service delivery
- Represent Express at trade shows, conventions, and local networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales experience preferred
- Experience in B2B sales or selling business services
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales with measurable results
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business acumen
- Understanding of current market trends and business practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and details effectively
- Must reside in Parker, Palo Pinto, or Wise County
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory (occasional overnight travel)

Education
- High school diploma or GED required
