Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping merchandise efficiently and accurately. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Inventory experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Inventory Experience Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
