Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Administrative Support
- Research and identify target organizations and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain CRM databases and contact records
- Verify contact information through phone outreach and online research
- Maintain organized outreach tracking systems
- Coordinate follow-ups, scheduling, and recurring touchpoints
- Support national outreach and business development campaigns
- Maintain structured digital records and documentation systems
- Schedule calls, meetings, and outreach coordination activities
- Track pipeline activity, engagement metrics, and outreach performance
- Assist with proposal coordination and document distribution
- Support LinkedIn outreach and visibility initiatives
- Generate weekly business development pipeline reports
