Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Blast Booth Operator to join our warehouse production team. This role involves operating high-pressure blasting equipment to clean and prepare large industrial parts, such as oil frac pump blocks, in a controlled blast booth (Blast Box) environment.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding warehouse position ideal for candidates experienced in industrial cleaning, sandblasting, or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a pressure blasting hose (approx. 100 PSI) inside a blast booth (Blast Box)
- Perform industrial sandblasting using metallic media on large components
- Handle and maneuver heavy parts (approximately engine block size)
- Maintain safe and efficient operation of blasting equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist with general warehouse/shop duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
- Must be able to handle demanding labor
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (hot/cold)
- Must have and wear steel-toe boots (required)
- Reliable and willing to assist across shop operations

- Manual labor including handling, positioning, and “kenneling” parts
