Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production operations. Team members will be cross-trained across multiple areas of the manufacturing process to develop a broad understanding of equipment operation, production workflows, and material handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Cross-train in all aspects of the production and manufacturing process.
• Perform material handling tasks and move products throughout the facility.
• Follow safety procedures and company operating standards.
• Support production goals and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in various operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
