Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced team in the warehouse that supports or online boutique. This role involves helping customers with questions, concerns, and orders—making sure they have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers

Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies

Assist with order placement, returns, and account updates

Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism
